The website
Raccoon Chalet is a property website. You can read about the home and view availability here. This site does not ask you to create an account, enter payment details, or submit a booking form. Reservations are completed on Airbnb.
Hosting & dates
GitHub Pages hosts this website. GitHub says it logs visitor IP addresses for security when a Pages site is visited. You can read more in GitHub's Pages documentation.
The availability calendar reads a file from this website. Choosing dates does not place a reservation or send a booking request to us. If you continue to Airbnb, your selected check-in and check-out dates may be included in that link.
Optional analytics
With your permission, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this website. Clarity can capture interactions such as clicks and scrolling and turn them into behavioral reports, heatmaps, and session replays. It uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize visits. We use these insights to improve the site's content and navigation.
Microsoft receives the usage data processed by Clarity. Its handling of that data is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Your choice
Clarity does not load until you allow analytics. You can decline and still use every part of this website. If your browser permits storage, we save your choice for up to 180 days so you do not have to answer on every visit. You can change it here at any time. Turning analytics off reloads the page so Clarity is not loaded on the next page view.

When you visit Airbnb
Links to other websites include a source label identifying raccoonchalet.com. They may also receive this site's origin as the browser referrer. The label does not identify you.
Booking links take you to Airbnb. Airbnb handles activity on its platform, including reservations and payments, under its privacy policy. Review the listing there for final dates, rates, and booking terms.
